Adi Oasis Live at Moods

Bass guitar is no longer just a male domain, with legends like Tina Weymouth, Meshell Ndegeocello, Kinga Glyk, and Esperanza Spalding leading the way. Martinique-born singer-songwriter Adi Oasis brings her own fresh, inspired energy to the scene. On her standout album Lotus Glow, she crafts top-tier funk, which shines on the ultra-groovy track “Dumpalltheguns,” recorded with American singer Danielle Ponder. Performing live at Zürich's famous Moods jazz club, Oasis showcases the full range of her talent. Backed by Stevie Wonder-inspired keyboardist Ben Hoffmann and drummer Andrew McLean, she kicks off the set with deep emotion. Soft electronic beats carry her performance as she blends electric bass into a rich, sleek soundscape. Fueled by her silky, soulful vocals reminiscent of Erykah Badu and Angie Stone, Oasis marks herself as a standout talent to watch.
