With over 50 works to his name, Cherkaoui has developed a distinctive choreographic language that blends elements of hip-hop, theater, ballet, and various traditional dance styles. His innovative approach often involves collaborations with artists, including sculptor Antony Gormley, musician Nitin Sawhney CBE, and choreographers Akram Khan and Damien Jalet.
